Besuchen Sie den Software-Cluster auf der ersten Hannover Messe in Singapur vom 16. bis 18. Oktober: Industrial Transformation Asia-Pacific 2018, der als Mitaussteller im Deutschen Pavillon vertreten sein wird. Auf dem Stand des Software-Clusters können Besucher ein Predictive Maintenance – Lösung ausprobieren, die eine Echtzeit-Anleitung für Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Betriebsarbeiten bietet.

 

Gemeinsam mit den singapurischen Partnern Fraunhofer Singapore und LDR Technology entwickelt der Software-Cluster Lösungen, die die Vorteile von Industrie 4.0-Lösungen „Made in Germany“ mit den hochverfügbaren mobilen IT-Infrastrukturen in Singapur verbinden.

 

Auf der Industrial Transformation ASIA-PACIFIC (ITAP), einer HANNOVER MESSE, präsentieren der Software-Cluster und seine Vertreter CAS Software AG, Fraunhofer IGD, intelligent views, invenio Engineers Karlsruhe GmbH, Software AG, TU Darmstadt und vsonix eine Predictive Maintenance-Lösung in Form eines Demonstrators. Die Lösung bietet eine vorausschauende Wartung von Maschinen durch intelligente Sensorik und Maschinenverhaltensanalyse, die Techniker in Echtzeit wichtige Informationen zur effektiven Wartung liefert.

 

Die Techniker erhalten genaue und klare Anweisungen für die Wartung, die Echtzeit-Zustandskontrolle von Maschinen und Komponenten sowie erweiterte virtuelle Informationen (3D + Metadaten + technischer Support) während der Reparatur- und Betriebsarbeiten auf einem mobilen Gerät.

 

Die deutsch-singapurischen Projektpartner testen die Predictive Maintenance-Lösung in zwei Anwendungsbereichen:

In der Produktion: Die zuständigen Techniker und Entscheidungsträger erhalten eine Benachrichtigung, z.B. auf ihrem Smartphone oder Tablett. So können sie schnellstmöglich reagieren und die notwendigen Schritte koordinieren.

In der Ausbildung: Mit Hilfe entwickelter mobiler Assistenzsysteme können angehende Techniker oder externe Mitarbeiter die Arbeitsprozesse erlernen und sich auf zukünftige Aufgaben vorbereiten.

Der Demonstrator ist das Ergebnis des laufenden vom Bundesministerium für Forschung und Bildung geförderten Projekts „SCIKE Singapore“

 

Software-Cluster

The Software Cluster in Southwest Germany is Europe’s Silicon Valley. The cluster region comprises four corporate networks within the cluster sub regions of (Darmstadt, Karlsruhe, Kaiserslautern and Saarbruecken).
