Gideon Marks served as a captain for the Israeli Air Force and later worked as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Corporate Development for different high tech companies, helping them grow from inception through initial public offering and in M&A transactions. He oversaw numerous financing rounds, both private and public. Companies like Lannet Data Communications, Radcom and Silicom or Radnet (acquired by Siemens) and Net Optics (acquired by IXIA) are among his most important successes.

Through the work with eentrepreneurs of various industries from Europe, Asia and the United States, Gideon Marks has valuable experience to share about:
– what makes some startups more successful than others
– why Silicon Valley in particular works as magnet for innovation
– insight about topics like leadership (“doing the right things”), traction, finding the right investors and
– how to tell a good story about your business idea.
